For $75 we will come to you and pickup the device, take it back to our depot, and diagnose the problem. If we can fix it easily, that’s it: we’ll schedule a time to drop it off at your convenience. Otherwise we will call you and confirm an additional $50 or $100 fee for more than a reasonable ‘quick fix.’

We charge $75 an hour for on-site or depot work. We can come on-site at your request, usually same day, or you can make an appointment to drop equipment off at our depot. Our team members will update you throughout the project as to its time-frame, possible solutions, and suggested resolution.
Are You Outside of Portland?
If you are not in the Portland Oregon metro area, don’t panic! Well… not yet.
We can do a lot of work remotely at $60 an hour. If your device can get online, we can find a way to access it and resolve the problem.
We also travel the entire I-5 corridor up to the Canadian border and south into California. Sometimes we even go to the coast or drive east into Idaho. Call us at 888-324-2439, 7 days a week, between 7am and 7pm PST, and maybe we can work out a reasonable fee.
